Italian National Alpine Ski team train on the Le Coste slope

Today and tomorrow, Thursday the 29th  and Friday the 30th of January,  ski fans at Passo San Pellegrino will get the chance to watch Slalom skiers from the Italian National Alpine Ski team as they train for upcoming events.

Coach Raimund Plancker and Technical Manager for the San Pellegrino Ski Area Renato Donazzolo will be supervising Massimiliano Blardone, Giovanni Borsotti, Florian Eisath, Roberto Nani and Davide Simoncelli as they work out on the “Le Costeslope,  which is well-known for its changes in gradient and because it has hosted important competitions such as the Universiadi and the Absolute Italian Championships.

For the athletes in blue this will be the last chance to fine tune their technique and style as they prepare for the World Skiing Championships in Vail, Colorado (USA), from February 3rd to the 15th.
