The Immacolata holiday long weekend on skiis

The long weekend of the Immacolata holiday featured nice weather and skiers flocked to the Ski Area San Pellegrino, the beautiful ski resort in the Dolomites that inaugurated the 2015-2016 winter season just yesterday. Almost all the lifts were open, as were an ample variety of hotels and lodges; everything was ready to welcome sports enthusiasts and gourmets with delicious dishes from local traditions, a perfect combination of Venetian and Trentino specialties.

In the San Pellegrino Ski Area 10 perfectly snowy slopes provide skiing access from one side of the resort to the other. In fact, the new Falcade – Le Buse cabin lift is already operational, as is the Col Margherita funicular lift to Passo San Pellegrino with the legendary Col Margherita run, one of the most challenging and exciting slopes in the entire Dolomiti Superski carousel.

Other lifts are open as well, like the Costabella chairlift and its slope, the Gigante chairlift with its run, the Chiesetta ski lift with that slope, the del Passo chairlift and slope, the Lago Cavia-Col Margherita chairlift and slope, the Lago Cavia-Laresei chairlift and slope, the Le Buse-Laresei chairlift with the Plateau slope and the le Buse ski school ski lift and slope.

The slopes in the Ski Area San Pellegrino are suited to everyone, and the ski schools are the pride and joy of the resort, thanks to qualified, multi-lingual instructors who offer the best to anyone who wants to learn to ski or improve their style: let yourself be guided by their enthusiasm; these mountains will remain in your heart.
